Chef Charleston has earned a degree in Culinary Arts and a BA in Asian Studies. His vision of bringing great food, simple design, and creative flavor combinations are the basis for his cooking style. His technique derives from the many years of working as a cook and a chef in many restaurants and hotels. He emphasizes the essential need for teamwork and leadership. His vision to make a significant mark on the catering and event service industry is to provide equal and unsurpassed customer service to all of his clients from the annual community events to the extravagant weddings and corporate events. His appreciation of food, flavors, and its relation to one another is what makes his menu unique.
